THESE boys have never been short of a big sonic statement and they fall back on course with an album as epic as anything so far.

After the brave milky moodiness of A Thousand Suns they match brutality (Victimized) with stirring (Roads Untravelled) and huge rap vs synths (Lost In The Echo).

Fleetwood Mac, 25 Years – The Chain (Reprise)

HARDLY a week goes by without a young muso declaring the Mac as inspiration.

Hence a timely 72-track recap of the band’s musical history from 1967 to 1992, taking in defining hits such as Go Your Own Way, Tusk, The Chain and Don’t Stop as well as out-takes, alternative mixes and live versions.
