Composed by lead singer Peter Cox and guitar/vocalist Richard Drummie it was the first single from their 1985 debut album, which sold over 1.5 million copies in the UK.
The track spent 14 weeks on the UK Singles Chart, peaking at number five. In the United States it reached the Billboard Hot 100.
Cox and Drummie, whose global hit singles also include Call Me and The King of Wishful Thinking, were last in the region for as part of an 80s Rewind Christmas Tour at Sheffield Arena.
The O2 Academy concert will be their full-blown show – part of a 10-date 3D UK tour to promote their new studio album, also called 3D, which is being released as three EPs over the course of the year.
It follows the release of Frame By Frame, a compilation DVD that includes all the bands’ videos for the very first time, which charted at number five in the official UK DVD chart.
