Garden plan is rejected
PLANS to develop houses in a garden in an area of "special character" have been refused permission.
Sheffield Council’s north and west planning and highways area board turned down the scheme proposed by Margaret Tune and her husband for two houses with off-road parking spaces.
Neighbours on Carr Road, Walkley, had sent in 29 letters of objection.
They claimed a precedent would have been set if the scheme had gone ahead.
