Fun tribute to popular couple
A FAMILY fun day has been organised in memory of a popular couple who both died from heart disease.
Julie Rivington will host the event tomorrow to raise money for the British Heart Foundation, following the death of her parents-in-law Marlene and Ralph.
Marlene, who died in 2003, and Ralph, who passed away in April , were known to many through their family shop ‘Rivingtons’, now run by their son and Julie’s husband Michael.
The event will be held at Julie’s ‘Playland’ business in Halfway, Sheffield, from 12noon.
