Cyclist hurt in accident
A CYCLIST was seriously injured in a collision outside a Dronfield supermarket yesterday. The collision, involving a male cyclist and a Mercedes panel van, happened at around 2.10pm on the roundabout junction with Stubley Lane and the entrance to Sainsbury's supermarket.
The cyclist was taken to Chesterfield Hospital with what police have described as serious injuries. Derbyshire Police are appealing for witnesses.
