Breach of community order: Jamie Lee Turner, aged 19, of Staniforth Road, Darnall, order to continue with 30 hours unpaid work; Aaron Thomas Wood, 18, of Berners Road, Arbourthorne, order revoked, re-sentenced to 28 days’ detention in Young Offenders Institution; Michael Burke, 44, of Manor Oaks Road, Park Hill, order to continue, four month extension to curfew requirement between 8pm and 7am daily; Jason Andrew White, 36, of Ditchingham Street, Burngreave, order revoked, re-sentenced, 50 fine.

Assault: Matthew James Hussain, aged 18, of Topham Way, Lowedges, six months’ detention in a Young Offenders Institution suspended for 18 months, 250 hours unpaid work, 120 costs, pay 300 compensation.

Drink Driving: Shiraz Ahmed, aged 22, of St Ronan’s Road, Abbeydale (dangerous driving), 12 month community order with supervision requirement, 120 hours unpaid work, 60 costs, 18 month disqualification from driving, disqualified until extended test passed.

Theft: Clive Christopher Cullen, aged 28, of Shore Lane, Ranmoor (commission of further offence during term of suspended sentence, fail to surrender to custody), four months’ imprisonment; Rhonda Corinthia Jackson, 36, of Richmond Park View, Richmond (possession of stolen goods, fail to surrender to custody, breach of community order), eight months’ imprisonment.

Failure to notify income that would affect entitlement to benefit: Alima Rageh, aged 47, of Catherine Road, Pitsmoor (made false statement to obtain benefit), 20 fine.

Knowingly sold tobacco to a person under 16: Mohammed Bashir, aged 54, of Granville Road, Highfield, 250 fine, 400 costs.

Failure to attend follow-up assessment: Anthony John Gray, aged 30, of Castledale Grove, Manor (theft, fail to surrender to custody), nine month community order with supervision requirement, drug rehabilitation requirement, pay 78 compensation.
