Breach of community order: Michael Crookes, aged 43, of Haigh Moor Close, Handsworth, order revoked, four months’ imprisonment suspended for nine months, nine-month supervision order; Craig Barrett, aged 37, of Fife Street, Wincobank, consecutive nine-month community order, five hours’ unpaid work; Julian Clayton, 33, of Bevan Court, Handsworth, order revoked, re-sentenced to 12-month community order with supervision requirement, residence requirement; Levi Pemberton, aged 18, of Crowder Crescent, Longley, order to continue, 10 fine, 15 surcharge; Linton Swaby, 22, of Kenworthy Road, Stocksbridge, order to continue, consecutive eight month community order, 10 hours’ unpaid work; Mark Ian McKinley, 42, of Vikinglea Close, Manor, order to continue, 10 hours’ programme requirement at Rainer Project; Donald Donovan Philpotts, 46, of Rowsloy Street, Manor, consecutive three-month community order imposed, 10 hours’ unpaid work.

Theft: Michael John Leek, aged 32, of Lupton Drive, Lowedges (commission of further offence during period of conditional discharge), three months’ imprisonment; Daniel William Ashmore, 19, of Ribble Way, Firth Park, 12-month community order with supervision requirement, two-month curfew requirement between 8pm and 7am daily, 60 costs; Ian Andrew Churchman, 28, of Marden Road, Abbeydale (commission of further offence during suspended sentence), 12-month community order with supervision requirement, 43 costs; Jamie Samual Cole, 25, of no fixed address (assault, possession of a syringe, commission of further offence during at-risk period), two months’ imprisonment; Nicholas Philip White, 31, of Harcourt Road, Crookesmoor, six-month conditional discharge, pay 21.98 compensation;

Failure to provide a sample for analysis: Simon Richard Francis, aged 25, of Longley Hall Way, Longley (no insurance, drive otherwise in accordance with a licence), 12-month community order, 150 hours’ unpaid work, 43 costs, 36-month disqualification from driving.

Trespass with intent to steal: Paul Robert Phillips, aged 22, of Southend Road, Wybourn, 12-month community order, 120 hours’ unpaid work, two month curfew order between 8pm and 7am daily, 60 costs.
