Concern grows for missing teenager

POLICE are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a Sheffield teenager who went missing from home two weeks ago today.

Aaron Moore, aged 14, from Firth Park, Sheffield, was last seen at a bus stop in Page Hall, at 1pm on Tuesday August 7.

The 14-year-old has since been spotted in Page Hall on August 14, and at an internet cafe in Upwell Street, Brightside, on August 17.

A police spokeswoman said officers and Aaron’s family were becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare, and are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to get in touch.

She said: “Police would also urge Aaron himself to come forward and make contact with the police or his family to reassure them of his safety.”

He is described as African Caribbean, 6ft tall, of medium build, with short, black hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, black trainers and a black coat with a yellow logo on the right arm.
