Blunkett to visit revamped homes
NEWLY-revamped houses on a Sheffield estate were today being visited by city MP David Blunkett.
The properties, in Sicey Avenue, have just had Decent Homes modernisation work completed by landlords Sanctuary Housing, including improved kitchens and bathrooms.
Brightside MP Mr Blunkett was due to meet residents Jacqueline Dixon and Shirley Bloomer, bosses from the housing company, and tenants' representative Derrick Stiles.
