Ashley swims on and on

SUPER swimmer Ashley Fearn is proving he can go the distance – after clocking 100 miles in the water.

The Chapeltown Amateur Swimming Club member collected a certificate and commemorative paperweight – and then celebrated by diving straight to work towards reaching 150 miles.

Through the Swim Fit scheme Ashley, aged 11, can keep going, clocking up awards up to 5,000 miles.
