Stereophonics at Sheffield FlyDSA Arena: stage times and support act announced

Welsh rockers Stereophonics kick off their latest nationwide tour in Sheffield tonight, Friday, February 28, following the release of their eleventh studio album Kind.

Having achieved six number one albums, with 8.5 million albums sold in the UK alone, Stereophonics stand as undeniable giants of the current music scene.

Friday’s show at Sheffield FlyDSA Arena is the first in a series of stadium shows, which includes dates in London and Glasgow, as well as a sold-out double-header at Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena.

Doors are set to open at 6.30pm for the Sheffield show.

Support on the night comes from American band The Wind and The Wave, who themselves have released four studio albums to date.

They are due on stage at 7.45pm and will play for about 30 minutes.

Stereophonics are due on stage at 8.45pm, with the event scheduled to finish at 10.45pm.
