Singer Mikey Chapman said: “Sometimes the biggest part is the realisation you are messed up and you do need to sort yourself out if you’re ever going to find a pathway to happiness, that leads you away from the vices that deafen you daily.”

Tracks include single Better Off Without You, written about the prescription drug Citalopram, used to treat anxiety and depression, and borne out of bassist Sam Douglas’ frustration toward a doctor who took a particularly lax approach to his treatment.

The band of Mikey, Sam, lead guitarist Joe Savins, rhythm guitarist James Gillett and drummer Dave Rawling will be in HMV from 5.30pm.
