Sheffield rockers Little Man Tate add second homecoming gig - after tickets to first reunion show sell out in 45 minutes

Sheffield band Little Man Tate have announced a second homecoming gig – after pre-sale tickets to their first reunion show sold out in just 45 minutes.

The quartet are due to play at Sheffield O2 Academy on Saturday, September 19 in addition to their comeback performance the previous day.

The gigs – featuring the original line-up of Jon Windle, Edward 'Maz' Marriott, Ben Surtees and Dan Fields – will be their first live shows since their emotional farewell concerts at the same venue in 2009.

All remaining tickets for both nights are due to go on sale on Friday, April 24 at 10am, and will be available through Ticketmaster via this link.

The band’s frontman Jon Windle said: “We've had offers over the last few years to do something, but it was never the right time due to other things that were going on in our lives. This time it was perfect.”
