Mecca Bingo in Sheffield is getting ready to welcome fans of the game back after a long period of closure as its doors reopen on May 17.

The bingo venue on Flat Street will be opening just in time to celebrate its 60th anniversary.

Debbie Hercock, General Manager at Mecca Bingo Sheffield Flat Street, said: “We’re incredibly excited to welcome people back. We’re a friendly face in the community, we know and love our customers very much and we’ve very active in the area when it comes to community initiatives.

Lockdown measures look set to continue to ease on Monday the 17 in Sheffield, with indoor dining and drinking to be allowed in hospitality venues.
