With people continuing to work and study from home during the lockdown, studies have been carried out to see if listening to certain songs can make people more productive.

OnBuy.com conducted a study that analysed Spotify playlists titled 'motivational' and 'concentration' to determine the all-time most productive songs.

And the Arctic Monkeys track I Wanna Be Yours, from the band’s 2013 album AM, was classed as one of the best songs to study and work to.

My Love by Sia and Real Love by Tom Odell were also highly ranked, while songs from Bruce Springsteen and Bobby McFerrin are also among those that increase productivity and concentration.

OnBuy found that the least productive song is I’m So Excited by the Pointer Sisters

The higher the beats per minute (BPM) in a song, the more difficult it is to be productive.
