Join Spandau Ballet star Martin Kemp in Sheffield and Doncaster for 80s DJ parties
Spandau Ballet star Martin Kemp is going back to the 80s in big parties at the Leadmill in Sheffield and at Domcaster Dome.
The actor, musician, producer and DJ will be taking to the decks, spinning hits from the decade when his band became big stars in the New Romantic era.
Martin will be bringing his show to the The Leadmill, Sheffield on Thursday, July 1 and Doncaster Dome on Saturday, August 7.
Special price early bird tickets are available now for a limited time only.
As one of the hit-makers behind Gold, True and other Spandau Ballet classics, it’s safe to say the band’s bass player Martin is something of an expert on the pop music of the 80s.
He said: “This show will be a lot of fun and the ultimate return to the 80s. Music is everyone’s life soundtrack and transports us all to the best times of our lives - I think we all need that right now!
“Expect one of the most euphoric nights you’ve had since the 80s.”
Martin is also a recognised TV personality, most recently seen on Channel 4’s Goggle Box with his Capital Radio DJ son Roman as well as on Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls.
He has also played lead roles in likes of The Krays and EastEnders and starred in Gary Barlow’s TV series Let it Shine.
Dressing up in 80s fashion for the night is a must, so dig out those leg warmers and shoulder pads…
