Sheffield indie-rock five-piece, The Rosadocs, blew the roof off the Octagon at a riotous home town gig.
Errol Edwards, of Black Tie Photography, was at the show, which featured support from from Parlay and Leazes.
Afterwards, the band posted this message: “Sheffield that was a dream come true.
“We all picked up instruments for the first time dreaming of moments like this. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”
The Rosadocs say they play ‘anthemic indie rock’ for fans of the Arctic Monkeys, The Enemy and The Killers.
Errol took the photos in this gallery that capture the amazing atmosphere.
He said the Rosadocs were “ones to watch.”
He added: “Their music ranges from strong earthy ballads, to full-on bounce off the walls energy ‘bangers’.
“As I was sat on a bench waiting to go in. I was told to “budge up,” as you do in Sheffield. Two ladies also wanted to sit down, obviously I obliged.
“As we chatted I established one was keyboardist Myles Henderson’s mom, Pam.
“Obviously she is very proud. I said apart from their obvious talent they are very grounded, and I hoped that would continue.
“She strongly implied they, and Myles’s, feet would stay firmly on the ground. I had no reason not to believe her.
“The Rosadocs are definitely fast becoming “ones to watch” if you haven’t already started.”
