Third man charged with attempted murder over shootings on Sheffield estate

A third man has been charged with attempted murder after three people were injured when shots were fired on a city estate.

Connor Hadi, 27, of Toll Bar Avenue will appear in court on Monday (18 January) charged with two counts of attempted murder following the incident on 6 January.

Bradley Jenkins, 27, of Waverley View, and Kai Smith, 18, of Villiers Close, have already been charged with attempted murder and remanded in custody.

A 17-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been bailed.

Two women, aged 42 and 28, and a 23-year-old man were fired at in the first attack outside a house on Castledale Croft on the Manor estate at about 8pm.

The man fled on foot to nearby Prince of Wales Road, where he was shot at again.

He suffered shotgun injuries to his arms and hand and was hospitalised alongside the 42-year-old woman.
