Craig said: “Our passion lies in writing, creating, recording, performing and releasing our music.”

He added: “We would classify our brand of music as pop rock, although we don’t limit ourselves to any one genre.

"Kind of, ‘no rules’ pop, sometimes dance-driven with a funky edge and sometimes, a bit darker.

“We are influenced by everything; heavy rock, pop, rap, jazz and modern electronica, however, we try to keep it quite commercial and accessible.

"Our musical tastes are extremely vast and varied. Everything from David Bowie and Radiohead to Eminem and Twenty One Pilots.

“We have plied our trade in the clubs and holiday parks around the UK for many years and are hoping to start doing more festivals and concerts.”

Crushed by Words is the name of the band’s sixth single, released last month.

Craig started out in South Africa with a rock band called October as keyboard player. They were signed to EMI and released one single called The Child.

He then joined what was to become one of South Africa’s most renowned pop bands, Cinema, with whom he played and wrote songs, for three years.

Audrey started her singing career in a Cape Town band before joining Cinema in the 1990s, where she met Craig. Her career has been based in South Africa and the UK.

She recorded two songs, written for her and recorded by John Myles of Music Was My First Love fame.

Keegan started performing with his parents when he was three.
