First league opponents are Huddersfield in West Yorkshire a week tomorrow.

Tigers have brought together a blend of youth and experience for the testing time ahead and their 24-19 victory in last Saturday's pre-season friendly at Beverley was a significant result against the National Div Three North newcomers.

The next anniversary event for the Dore Moor club is a dinner dance at the Mercure St Pauls Hotel on October 13. Tickets are available from the clubhouse.
