SHEFFIELD’S Jonny Marray and doubles partner Fred Nielsen are out of the Swiss Open after losing in the quarter-finals to Poland’s Mariusz Fyrstenberg and Marcin Matkowski last night.

Marray and Nielsen, who provided one of the biggest shocks of the summer by winning the Wimbledon doubles title in July, went down in straight sets (7-5 7-6) to the fourth seeds. The pair are now likely to play in the ATP 1000 BNP Paribas Masters tournament next week in Paris before ending the season at the multi-million pound Barclays ATP World Tour Finals at the O2 in London, which starts on November 5.
