Pool manager, Michael Wellington, said: “It is fantastic to have people back using this, we have been waiting quite a while.
“When we got the news that lockdown was gonna be lifted it was all hands on deck to get the pool ready and, as you can see, people are very enthusiastic about being here.

The pool has opened with a ‘soft opening’ until the end of March, with the full timetable commencing from Thursday, April 1.
You can now book to become a member of the pool, and members will be allowed to attend quieter members-only sessions, get priority booking 48 hours before general release, and benefit from savings.
The pool is fully booked this week, but tickets come on sale weekly every Friday.
