What happened to the Sheffield United side that took on Tottenham in the 2015 League Cup semi-final?

Five years ago, League One Sheffield United gave Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur an almighty scare in the semi-finals of the League Cup.

Ahead of the latest meeting between the two sides tomorrow night, here's where the side from the memorable second leg at Bramall Lane ended up.

Still holds the record for consecutive clean sheets for the Blades, with eight. Was released when Chris Wilder joined the Blades, and went onto play for Bolton and Blackpool. Later spent time on loan at Salford City
The former Liverpool trainee joined United from Falkirk in his native Scotland and was a key member of the side that reached the FA Cup semi-final in 2014. After leaving United he went to Oldham before returning north of the border and joining St. Mirren

The only player from either game still to be at United, Basham survived the Wilder cull and thrived in the right centre-half position. Now a regular in the Premier League and expected to extend his stay at Bramall Lane further with another new contract

Signed from Blackpool in 2014, Harris spent two years at Bramall Lane and was another part of the side that reached the FA Cup semi-finals under Nigel Clough. An attacking full back, Harris left in 2016 and later played for Bristol Rovers and FC United of Manchester
A mercurially-talented winger who could be a world-beater on his day, Campbell-Ryce wowed and frustrated the Blades crowd in equal measure. He is now a coach at Colchester United's academy
The Irishman played over 200 games for the Blades in the middle of midfield, captaining them to the semi-finals of both the FA Cup and League Cup during his time at Bramall Lane. Now 38, he is currently at Notts County
The mercurial Baxter arrived at Bramall Lane from Oldham and scored United's opening goal in the FA Cup semi at Wembley. But his time at Bramall Lane ended after he was twice banned for failing drugs tests
Another man who scored for the Blades at Wembley, diminutive forward Scougall was popular with Blades fans. After leaving United, he moved to St Johnstone before returning to England with Carlisle
The striker was signed by Clough from Livingston in 2014 and scored the winner against Southampton to set up the semi against Spurs. He finished United's top scorer that season before later moving to Portsmouth and Sunderland
Another Scottish star in United's ranks, Murphy was transformed into a striker from a winger under Clough before moving to Brighton to further his hopes of winning a Scotland cap. Later moved to his boyhood club Rangers
A midfielder who came through United's academy, Reed is now at League One side Peterborough
Came off the bench to score twice against Spurs. Now playing in the Premier League with Southampton
Captained United on his debut and scored against Bristol City, but netted only a handful of times for the Blades
Still only 32, the full-back is now plying his trade in the National League with Yeovil Town
The former Everton goalkeeper made only just over 100 appearances in his 17-year career, which saw him largely as a back-up 'keeper
