TITLE-rival coach Gerad Adams believes Sheffield Steelers’ title dream could blow up in their faces this weekend.

Two wins over Scottish side Breahead Clan will guarantee the Elite League crown goes to Ben Simon’s men.

But Adams, whose Cardiff Devils side can win the championship if Sheffield do slip up, said: “I can see Braehead taking something from Sheffield. Braehead are a quality side and these are two tough games for Sheffield.

“But we have to concentrate on winning our games and then see what happens elsewhere.”

Steelers veteran forward Ashley Tait has been short-listed for the Best British Player of the Year award. And goaltender Ervins Mustukovs has been lined up as a possible Player of the Year.
