If your youngster was inspired by Team GB’s success at the World Athletics Championships, why not enter our competition?
You can win 10 weeks of free athletics coaching for your child at the training base of Jessica Ennis-Hill - the world-class English Institute of Sport Sheffield (EIS Sheffield).
We’ve teamed up with the leisure charity, Sheffield City Trust (SCT), which runs EIS Sheffield, to give away the block of coaching with a fully-qualified instructor.
The indoor Athletics Arena at EIS Sheffield has a 200 metre running track, sprint straight, hurdles and high jump, long jump, pole vault and shot putt areas.
It is home to SCT’s Athletics Academy which offers coaching for children and young people aged five to 16 years old.
Lessons cover a range of track and field events such as running, jumping and throwing and qualified coaches will teach the techniques needed for all athletics disciplines.
The competition is part of SCT’s Skills for Life campaign which aims to highlight how sport can encourage the development of life skills, including confidence, leadership and communication, in children and young people.
It is open to new customers aged five to 11 years old.
Lessons are subject to availability and must be redeemed by November 31.
