Danny Willett is hoping third time’s a charm at the USPGA Championship, which starts today at Valhalla.
This edition of the year’s final Major championship will be the Sheffield golfer’s third appearance in his six year career.
Willett’s form has been strong this year but he will be keen to put in a good performance in Kentucky after a disappointing show at The Open last month.
The 26-year-old missed the cut at Royal Liverpool, his first second round exit of the year.
Willett was tied in 40th place at last year’s USPGA.
He will tee off at 6.10pm this evening alongside Dave Tentis and Fabrizio Zanotti.
