Worthington's first win joy
FOOTBALL: Nigel Worth-ington believes Northern Ireland can continue to grow in the remaining five games of their Euro 2008 qualifying campaign.
In the former Owls defender's first match in charge, he saw his team claim second spot behind Sweden in Group F by beating Liechtenstein 3-1 at Windsor Park.
Two goals from David Healy and one from Kyle Lafferty were enough to gave Worthington the victory he craved.
He said: "The result was paramount and we got it. The performance was okay after the summer recess. There will be more to come."
