GAMES this weekend take place tonight, Saturday and Sunday.

The game-of-the-week is Doncaster Rovers Yorkshire derby against Huddersfield Town.

It's going to be live on Sky – but hopefully all of the televisions in Doncaster will be switched off and everybody will be coming down to the Keepmoat to raise the crowd and the atmosphere and hopefully get behind the players.

I believe that when the Rovers supporters get behind the team that they are a terrific twelfth man. It's safe to say that we need a really resounding win this weekend and I believe that we can come away with three points.

Bournemouth take on Swansea and both teams are on a little bit of a roll.

Bournemouth have started to pick up the points in recent weeks but I think that Swansea are going to be too strong for the Cherries though it should be close - something like 2-1 or 3-2.

Managerless Cheltenham play host to Nottingham Forest. It is going to be a very important game for Cheltenham, because Forest have started to grow stronger and are starting to put a run together. I expect Forest to win.

Gillingham take on Millwall in a game between two managerless teams as a result of chairmen panicking at their current league position. They are both at the bottom of the League and both have sacked their managers and I would think – given the way that they have been playing - that the game will end in a draw.

Two of last season's promoted League Two sides, Hartlepool and Bristol Rovers, meet each other tonight.

The fact that it is a Friday night match will suit Hartlepool because it is a long way for Bristol Rovers to travel. I think that it will be a win for Hartlepool who are doing very well at the minute.

Leeds United take on Leyton Orient. I have watched Leeds in their last two games against Yeovil and against Darlington in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy the other night.

They had 27,000 there for the game against Yeovil. On play and performance they should have won 3-0 but had to settle for a 1-0 win. It'll be a good game, with nearly 30,000 people there, but I think that Leeds will be too strong for Orient.

Luton take on Northampton in a local derby. I'm going for a draw in that one and that is all I am saying about Luton because I am still unhappy that we came away from Kenilworth Road with only a point from a game where certain penalty decisions should have led to it being more.

Oldham and Swindon is a Sunday match-up. Oldham are doing quite well but so are Swindon. I feel that Swindon may just edge it and come away with a win.

Port Vale, another team without a manager, take on Brighton. Both sides put little runs together and then struggled. Port Vale need to mount a good run and I reckon that it will start against Brighton.

Southend entertain Crewe and the Shrimpers will be far too strong for the Railwaymen.

Tranmere take on Walsall who have surprised everybody with how quickly they have climbed up the league of late. Knowing Ronnie Moore, he won't take this game lightly. It’s going to be a tough game but I tip Tranmere to emerge winners.

Yeovil are at home to Carlisle. Yeovil are a very good football side - all they lack is a cutting edge. I think that Carlisle have one and I can see them coming away from Huish Park with a win.

Hopefully luck will shine down on Doncaster Rovers and we can start to put a run together.

Over the next two weeks Rovers have an away game and a home game against two good sides in Nottingham Forest and Leyton Orient.

But first we’ve got to go out and try and pick up three points against Huddersfield.
