The England youth international, is among the most highly-rated young players in the country but is yet to make a Premier League appearance for the European champions, is also understood to be of interest to the likes of Swansea, Leeds, Preston and Huddersfield.
Speaking last week Reds boss Jurgen Klopp suggested the club were weighing up the potential of sending Brewster out on loan.
The 19-year-old suffered a long-term knee injury last year and his first team contributions so far have been limited to League Cup appearances.
