The Scot was stretchered off in the Owls’ 1-0 FA Cup win at Premier League Brighton on Saturday in what was his first start since laying low with a virus during the final three games of December.
He scored four goals in the month, including both goals in a memorable comeback win over promotion rivals Brentford on December 7.

Fletcher has scored 12 goals this season. Wednesday supporters are anxiously waiting on news of Fletcher’s fitness after he landed awkwardly in a challenge with the Gaetan Bong.
