Supporters will now be given the option to redeem fees outstanding from their refund against ticket or retail equivalent credit.
A club statement released on Friday afternoon outlined the enormous financial strain the club has been placed under since the pandemic hit and said those taking the option of a credit refund ‘would be of enormous benefit to the club’s current cashflow situation.’

The statement also offered guidance on the situation regarding season tickets for the forthcoming 2021/22 season, which is due to start on August 7.
Given the uncertainty over what coronavirus restrictions will look like at that time the club are unable to open season ticket sales. Prime Minister Boris Johnson spoke earlier this week about the possibility of the planned June 21 lifting of all restrictions having to be postponed.
Due to these restrictions, the first phase of season ticket sales for 2021/22 will be open to supporters who purchased a 2020/21 ticket. Any further sale windows will be announced depending on availability. Multi-Year Season Tickets will be honoured as normal.
