Josh, who plays for Championship rivals Cardiff City, was pictured delivering prescriptions to vulnerable people in Norfolk, where the pair are staying with family.

And Wednesday’s Murphy said having a fellow professional around has made it easier to stay in touch as we approach an eighth week without football.

He said: “It's been pretty decent to be fair. I've got my twin Josh with me so it's been really easy to get out in the garden, do footwork together, a bit of ballwork as well, so it's been good to have him around.”

Speaking to swfc.co.uk, Murphy answered several quickfire questions about life in lockdown.

Who do you miss most? Probably Jordan Rhodes, he's a top guy. And Moses Odubajo, I miss him quite a bit.

Who's the most active in the WhatsApp group? Josh Windass. He's some boy! He just loves waffling.

Who do you want to be locked down with? That's a tough one. Probably MoJo (Moses Odubajo) or Jordan Rhodes, so we can play Monopoly Deal, we love Monopoly Deal.

Who will be training the best? I'd like to say me because I'm quite busy when it comes to off-season in the summer and stuff.
