Garry Monk’s side are without a win in four but could move to within one point of the play-off spots should they clinch victory on Wednesday night.

Monk is facing his former club for the first time since he was sacked in the Summer – and the 46-year-old was brutal in his assessment of Birmingham coach and former assistant Pep Clotet.

He revealed that he had been warned about “the type of character he (Pep Clotet) is”, before saying it was "an error in judgement” to work with the coach.
