Sheffield Wednesday to announce deals for THREE players as squad takes shape

The immediate futures of three Sheffield Wednesday loanees could well be wrapped up later today, according to Owls boss Garry Monk.

After a decent return to action on Saturday against Nottingham Forest, the Owls now have the longest break they’ll get in this hetic shcedule as they don’t play again until Sunday.

Between now and then they’ll be checking on Steven Fletcher whose injury soured an encouraging draw with Forest, with the striker only lasting a couple of minutes from the bench before having to come off again.
