As part of a new, weekly feature we called on you to come up with the questions and here we go…

Ojubajo is having a hard time getting in at RB due to some pretty bang average displays. Could be deployed as pace on the wing instead to help out in that much-needed department? He's played there before. Andy, via twitter

Given how erratic Adam Reach and Jacob Murphy's form has been on the right this season, I thought Monk might give Odubajo a run in that position. Odubajo's big strength is his offensive play. But it does appear that Monk has made his mind up on Odubajo and that he is surplus to requirements. READ MORE HERE

When will Gary bring in coaches and his own people? Sergej, via twitter

Who knows? Monk remains pretty relaxed about the situation. He would have liked to have brought in James Beattie from his former club Birmingham City earlier in the season but the two clubs were unable to thrash out a compensation package. I think it may be an area that the Owls revisit in the summer as Monk looks to put his own stamp on the club.

Any news on Nketiah today? James, via twitter

He is one of a number of players on Wednesday's radar. Monk is keen to add some much-needed pace to their forward line.

How much did the Owls get for Thorniley? 250-500k? Jamie, via twitter

I am told it was a low six-figure fee. I must admit I was a little surprised and disappointed the Owls let him go, but Wednesday are well-stocked at centre-half and Thorniley is at an age where he needs to be playing regular first-team football.

What’s the score with Fletch’s knee? Matt, via twitter

It doesn't sound too good from what I am hearing, but will find out more from Monk at his pre-match press conference tomorrow lunchtime.

Do you reckon we will sign a forward this window? Who do you reckon it is going to be? Luke, via twitter

Yes. I would be very surprised if Wednesday don't bring in at least one forward on loan. In an ideal world, I think they would like to bring in a new winger and striker to strengthen their attacking options. It is difficult to say who it will be at this stage as they have got a number of irons in the fire. They might have to be patient and wait to the end of the window to conclude their business.

Is Matt Penney going back to Germany when he’s fit? Why didn’t didn’t David Bates play on Saturday? and why haven’t we offered new contracts yet? Mark, via twitter

I believe the plan is for Penney to go back to Germany when he is fully fit (he had a hamstring injury over Christmas). As for Bates, it is clear he is not part of Monk's plans. If he was going to play, Brighton seemed an obvious opportunity to give him a run-out. Discussions are ongoing with Wednesday's out-of-contract stars.

Tough one, but I am going to have to go with Jade.
