Being brutally honest, contract talks are not on anyone’s mind. People know what I feel about this club. I love it here and that will never change whether I go or stay, whether we’re in the Championship or League One.

There haven’t been talks, but I wouldn’t expect there to be.

It’s a great game for us. Nobody expects us to do anything. We’re going to a team that’s in flying form. It’s a perfect game for us, local rivals, they;re flying. We need to show our mettle.

KW on battle in the changing room

That’s a question for every individual. I can only speak for myself. We are strong characters and while we have enough games, we can’t write it off.

Ultimately it’s on us.

KW on managerial changes

I’m experienced. It’s not my first rodeo, you have to get on with it. Ultimately we’re professionals. Managers matter, they’re the most important player at the club, but you have your own personal pride and you need to adhere to your own standards.

KW on the points deduction

I wasn’t involved at that stage. I didn’t come back into the club until Tony Pulis came in.

I can’t talk for anybody else.

It’s been a strange season lots of different voices. Darren has a new voice, a new style.

We haven’t had a time to settle in. We need to get involved with his ideas and what he wants so we can get out of it.

Keiren Westwood is here.. here he is on where the club is at

We’ve been disappointed. It hasn’t been good enough and we haven’t won enough games. We’ve got 10 games left and we have to win as many as we can.

We don’t want to go down with a whimper. If the worst comes to the worst and we go down, I don’t want to go down with a whimper. We have to give ourselves a chance to get out of it.

And that’s all from Darren!

We’ll be back with Keiren Westwood shortly. Tune back at 10am.

DM on stand up to racism day

We’re all unified on it. We’re all standing against it and we continue to work together to eradicate and stamp it out.

DM on Barnsley blueprint

They’re a blueprint for a lot of clubs. They’ve got their own philosophy and style, they’ll want to get there this season.

It’s about focusing on us at Wednesday. We’ve got our own agendas in terms of the game.
