WEDNESDAY loan star Danny Batth has talked of his desire to earn a first-team place at his club, Wolves.
The defender believes that after a promotion-winning season at Hillsborough his chances of a breakthrough at Molineux may have improved.
“I’ve really enjoyed the esperience and am now really excited about getting back to Wolves and hopefully having a good pre-season,” he told the Wolves website.
“I’ve been at Wolves since I was 10 years old, so my ambition is still to play regularly for the first team.
“I’ve had to go and play elsewhere but I think that has helped me.
“I think I’ve had a strong season at Sheffield Wednesday and will come back hoping to impress the new manager (Stale Solbakken) and be there or thereabouts.”
