Sheffield Wednesday will be desperate to halt their goalless run when they welcome Championship promotion hopefuls Millwall to Hillsborough on Saturday afternoon.
The Owls stretched their goalless run across all competitions to ten matches last time out, being blown away by Swansea City at the Swansea.com Stadium, losing 4-0, meaning they are now 26 games without a victory.
Securing their first and only win of the campaign back in September, Wednesday will be determined to give their supporters something to shout about. But before they can think about securing a rare three points, they must find a way to try and end their seven-week wait for a goal.
Ahead of the visit of Alex Neil’s side, Owls manager Henrik Pedersen, speaking at Thursday’s pre-match press conference, could be forced into a minimum of one change amid a concern about Liam Cooper’s fitness.
With that in mind, here is how The Star thinks Wednesday could line up against the Lions:

1. GK: Murphy Cooper
Although Cooper is yet to keep a clean sheet since joining Wednesday, his performances, on the whole, have been encouraging, featuring a crop of impressive saves. With Pierce Charles still sidelined, he is a guaranteed starter once again. | UGC

2. RB: Liam Palmer
With Wednesday currently experiencing a defensive shortage, it is highly likely Pedersen will have to stick with a back-four system after giving it its first run-out at Swansea last weekend. That means skipper Palmer is likely to find himself starting at right-back once again. | UGC

3. CB: Gabriel Otegbayo
Otegbayo has steadily improved over the last few months, benefitting from his first meaningful run as a Championship starter. He is one of the first names on the teamsheet at the moment and he is highly likely to secure an 11th league start on the bounce. | UGC

4. CB: Cole McGhee
With Dominic Iorfa, Max Lowe, Di'Shon Bernard and Ernie Weaver still missing, the prospect of Liam Cooper missing out means McGhee is the most likely replacement for the experienced defender. McGhee has shown flashes of his capabilities in the last few months and he will bring a left-footed presence to the centre of the defence. | UGC
