However, it looks like we’re entering the final stages of the hunt as Tony Pulis is reportedly in ‘advanced talks’ to become the club's new manager – and could be unveiled before the weekend – although it emerged last night that former England head coach Sven-Göran Eriksson was in the running for the job.
