Sheffield Wednesday name strong XI ahead of sweltering evening in Spain v Real Murcia

Sheffield Wednesday have named a strong first XI for their game in Spain this evening, though three youngsters have been given a starting spot.

Pierce Charles starts in goal, with Jay Glover at right back and Sean Fusire at right wing - though the rest of the squad is made up of senior pros looking to get some more minutes in their legs.

Once again they’re playing a 4-1-4-1 formation, with Josh Windass playing slightly higher up than Barry Bannan in the middle and Tyreeq Bakinson starting in defensive midfield.
