And as football fans up and down the country continue to mourn the loss of the jam-packed UK fixture schedule, the BBC have jumped to their aid to release a newly beefed-up weekend football offering that includes Sheffield Wednesday.

Highlights of the Owls’ famous FA Cup quarter-final win over Derby County will be shown on Sunday afternoon in the second part of their ‘quarter-final classics’ show, alongside the 1985 clash between Everton and Ipswich and 2008’s meeting between Manchester United and Portsmouth.
