We are almost at the half way point of the English Football League season as we race through the final few weeks of 2023.

The new year will bring with it the opening of the January transfer window where clubs across the country will expect to be busy. It remains to be seen what sort of business will be done by Sheffield Wednesday but the Owls will need to factor in players wages when doing so.
