Sheffield Wednesday fans turned out in strong numbers for the visit of Wigan Athletic to Hillsborough on Saturday.

A crowd of just over 30,000 watched The Owls be held to a goalless draw at the weekend, a result that left Wednesday still top of League One.

The Owls were the better team in the first-half, going close through Mason Burstow, Yan Valery and Kieran Morrison, while Wigan were on top in the second 45, hitting the post and being denied a goal with almost the last kick of the game.
