The 22 best photos of Sheffield Wednesday fans and touching Remembrance service v Millwall

Sheffield Wednesday fans once again came out in force over the weekend to support their side - and mark a special weekend of remembrance as Hillsborough paid its respects to those who laid down their lives for our freedom.

A touching service was held on the S6 pitch pre-match and a minute's silence held ahead of the November 11 Championship match, with supporters of both sides perfectly observing the moment.

Wednesday went on to lose the match 4-0, with several big moments in the match squandered as the London side took their chances.

Wednesdayites young and old braved the cold to do their thing and support Danny Röhl's team, who now embark on a vitally important 'mini pre-season' in the two-week international break before heading to Birmingham City on November 25.
