Both sides spent time outside of the relegation zone as results stood but it was Derby County who were left celebrating after Martyn Waghorn’s penalty earned them a 3-3 draw against the Owls and kept them up.

Wycombe Wanderers will join the two South Yorkshire clubs in League One next season.
