While Moore himself is expected to be at Hillsborough regardless of whether they’re in the Championship or League One, there are still many questions to be asked about what playing staff he will have available.
A whole host of players, including Jordan Rhodes, Elias Kachunga and Jack Marriott (loan) will not be with the club come July as things stand, so it would come as no surprise to see them looking at potentially strengthening their strike-force.

The 23-year-old, who came through the ranks at Fulham before making his senior debut at the end of 2016 in the Championship against Derby County, has scored 10 goals since opening his account for 2020/21 in November – and has done so whilst playing for a team currently bottom of the table.
With Rochdale at risk of relegation into the fourth tier, Wednesday may be looking to give him an opportunity to at least remain where he is, or in an ideal world possibly make the step back up to the Championship.
It remains to be seen whether the reported interest will grow into anything more, but The Star is looking into the situation in an attempted to get more clarity on the forward’s future.
