Here’s how we rated the Owls players...
5. Liam Palmer - 6
Played as a left wing-back but didn't see the wing very much as he tended to sit in to protect the defence. Did well on that front. Moved to right back in the second half and like the rest, improved. Photo: Steve Ellis
6. Jacob Murphy - 7
Scored an own goal under very little pressure, then fired in a superb strike to make it 3-2. Could and should have had another. Used his pace well to relieve presure. Overall, had a very good game ... memorable at least Photo: Steve Ellis
7. Barry Bannan - 7
Scored a goal out of nowhere and was pivotal in Wednesday's uplift after the second equaliser. Ran the show in the second half, dictating the play, lifting his team mates and pinging passes around superbly Photo: George Wood
8. Kadeem Harris - 6
Came into the game more in the second half and his pace caused some threat, however he had the tendency to run into trouble Photo: Steve Ellis
