Some Wednesdayites have called for manager Monk to be sacked after a poor run of form that has seen the Owls win just one of their last 10 Championship matches.
Saturday's heavy home defeat to Reading means Monk's side have gone six without a victory in the league and are nine points adrift of the play-off positions.

Hide AdTheir latest reversal came just over 48 hours after their abject loss at relegation-threatened Luton Town.
Speaking on Quest's EFL highlights show about the Owls' downturn in results, Parkin said: "It's a really bad time. One win in 10 shows you that.
"A really bad week as well. No disrespect to Luton and Reading but Sheffield Wednesday supporters and people at the club would expect to get a return from that.
"I think it is too soon to be talking about his (Monk's) job."

Hide AdMonk, appointed Wednesday boss in early September, is under mounting pressure to stop the rot.
"He doesn't know his best team and it is a problem at the moment," added Parkin, who questioned Monk's decision to drop midfielder Barry Bannan to the bench against the mid-table Royals.
Reading brushed aside the Owls after goals either side of half-time from Yakou Meite, George Puscas and Sam Baldock (penalty). The hosts were forced to play most of the second half with 10 men after defender Osaze Urhoghide was sent off for two bookable offences.
