Here’s how our man Alex Miller rated each Owls player out of 10 this afternoon...
5. Kadeem Harris 7
A threat whenever he had it, Harris' move to the right didn't stunt any preference to cut inside, driving at the pockets of space whenever he was afforded the opportunity. Once again he defended well. Photo: Alex Livesey
6. Barry Bannan 6
Quieter than his brilliant best, Bannan moved the ball around nicely and pushed in a couple of dangerous set piece balls. He'll be more dominant on other days, but he ultimately won out in a crowded midfield. Photo: Nathan Stirk
7. Massimo Luongo 6
Crashed around, worked hard and provided legs around the creative pairing of Bannan and Luongo. The midfield was perhaps too busy for him to properly impose himself as he does, but he performed an important role. Photo: Alex Livesey
8. Izzy Brown 7
A gift the possession he was afforded for the Owls' first goal may have been, but how he made them pay with a stunning ball through to Windass. Provided a physical threat that Wednesday needed and with limited ball was a nuisance all afternoon. Photo: SWFC
