He sticks with the side which beat Preston North End 1-0 at Hillsborough on Saturday, although there’s no place in the matchday squad for Liam Shaw and Izzy Brown.

However, defender Chey Dunkley is among the travelling party and is named on the bench after a spell on the sidelines with a hamstring injury.

The victory over Preston was the Owls’ third in four league games and moved them to within four points of safety towards the bottom of the Championship.

Here’s how Wednesdayites on Twitter have reacted to tonight’s team news.

@sloan_phil Risking it with Hutch....personally I’d have rested him for Saturday.

@watto1867 Hutchinson won't last 90 mins will he? Third game in six days.

@LMWiddowson There’s something we don’t see every week a same line up. I like it.

@wiz1989 Shaw needs to get back on the pitch ASAP.

@Dango1867 Not going to lie that bench has some depth now too.

@Lukepeo1886 Same team, can’t complain. UTO.

@added_on_time Plenty of energy on the bench should The Owls be leading in the last half hour and look to take off some of the pressure.

@AnOwl67 This team deserves the opportunity after the result against Preston. UTO!

@Richard90351081 Same team, same result, three points please.

@yeadonowl Just goes to prove the complete shambles our recruitment has been when our only two loans can’t even make the matchday squad.

@7ronaldo1309 Kachunga starting again!! Why? Worst player I’ve ever seen at club. Offers zero at all.

@mrmrf8 Big performance tonight, give them nothing!
